The total amount of guest’s stay is based on a full prepayment, non-refundable rate according to the selected dates and number of guests. In order to guarantee this reservation we need to receive via bank transfer, credit card or PayPal the 100% of the total amount of the stay.

• The 100% deposit is not refundable and not transferable for a future booking.
• This booking cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Total stay will be charged at time of booking.
