Standard Rate - 50% Prepayment: Semi-Flexible Cancellation Policy - Partially Transferable (90 days)

The total amount of guest’s stay is based on a standard semi-flexible rate according to the selected dates and number of guests. In order to guarantee this reservation we need to receive via bank transfer, credit card or PayPal the 30% of the total amount of the stay. The 30% deposit is not refundable, but transferable for a future booking within 12 months for a minimum 4 nights stay.

• 20% of the total amount of the stay will be due [90] days before the date of arrival.
• 50% of the total amount will be settled upon check in.
